ClarityPlano is a self-guided digital system, not a bookkeeping service. Nothing is uploaded, nobody logs into your accounts, and the work happens on your device, at your pace.
The Catch-Up Deck, in four moves
1. Import. Load a CSV your bank exported, or a digital PDF statement. Recognized formats arrive pre-filled, and everything is read locally in your browser.
2. Decide. Every transaction becomes one card, dealt newest first. Business, Personal, or Later. 255 common merchants arrive already mapped to their Schedule C line, and NEEDS REVIEW is a valid answer, so no single unknown can stall the project.
3. Export. One .xlsx workbook: every transaction with its decision, the Schedule C summary, and open items flagged for your preparer.
4. Deliver. Hand your tax preparer the folder and the exact email that turn the return into a quoted, flat-fee job. The move no other product includes.
What it takes
Plan on 10 to 15 hours for a year of typical volume: two weekends, or four evenings and a Saturday. Unlike every organizing system you have abandoned, this one is finite. You do it once, and it is behind you.
